Sony fanboys have something to look forward to.
Sony, the electronics, game console and video game makers, have announced during a live show two games that have many fans excited. Such as Lance Simpson, a self-described video game fanatic.
“The Last of Us is one of my favorite games so hearing they’re making a sequel is awesome,” Simpson said.
The Last of Us 2 will be the sequel to the multi-award winning survival horror game. Brian Sipple, a writer for Game Rant, said on the Game Rant website that the original game sold over 3.4 million units in the first week.
Death Stranding, a horror game directed by Hideo Kojima, is another game Simpson said he is anticipating.
“It looks really cool I hear that dude from walking dead is going to be in it,” Simpson said.
The makers of the game released several trailers displaying known
celebrities with characters modeled and voiced by them. This cast includes Norman Reedus, from The Walking Dead, and Mads Mikkelsen, known for his performance in Hannibal, playing the part as the antagonist and protagonist respectively.
Last week PlayStation Experience 2016, a showcase for sony fans about upcoming PlayStation game, was held at the Anaheim Convention Centre in California.
At the event, they had some games available for testing including The Last Guardian, For Honor and Gravity Rush 2.
With plenty of games announced and available for Sony’s home console the Playstation 4 ,also know as the PS4, they also released an announcement about one game for their handheld system, the PS Vita.
Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, another installment to the Danganronpa videogame series, will be available on the PS Vita as well as the PS4.
